UNI boasts some of the best athletics facilities in the Missouri Valley Conference.


McLeod Center


McLeod Center

The McLeod Center was opened in 2006 and became home to UNI basketball and volleyball. The McLeod Center can seat 6,500 people.  UNI volleyball has finished in the Top 20 in NCAA Division I attendance for the last twenty years.


UNI-Dome


UNI-Dome

The UNI-Dome opened Feb. 7, 1976. It serves as a multipurpose stadium today for wrestling tournaments, track and field, softball and football.

The capacity of the UNI-Dome is 16,324. The UNI-Dome has a capacity record of 17,190 set Oct. 17, 2009, against Southern Illinois.

The UNI-Dome has served as a concert venue hosting artists such as The Grateful Dead, Luke Bryan, Nelly, Pink Floyd and the Rolling Stones.


UNI-Soccer-Field


UNI Soccer Field

The new UNI Soccer Field is located just northwest of the UNI-Dome and Baseball field off of West 22nd Street. The field sits in a unique bowl with grass seating on the east and south sides. The soccer program came back to campus in 2021 after calling Cedar Valley Soccer Complex home since 2005. UNI Soccer is excited to have the new facility as a true home field advantage.
